* The meeting was called to order by President John Ridgway

* Secretary Nicole Ridgway read the minutes for April 2009 and the minutes were approved.

* Status updates were made about: our new City Councilmember Ed Gonzalez, Super Neighborhood, and Citizens Patrol.

* Presentation on Nearby Parks.

* Meeting was adjourned.
